Looks pretty good from a high ceiling as a stairway light. The rod can bend about 45 degrees, which worked for me since my ceiling was sloped.

There's a similar light on the site that has a clear glass globe. They're both beautiful. But I realized that in my space the clear glass would just disappear. This one has more impact. Its clean geometric lines are perfect over my kitchen table. I went out and bought flowers to put on the table. It looks gorgeous!

Love the sleek, modern design but it's retro as well. I got three of them in polished nickel. I put two over the kitchen island and one over the table in my breakfast nook. Very happy with them.
