- The remote isn’t working. How can I fix this?Oh no! If you've had the lantern for a while, it could be the battery in the remote has just run out. If not, it could be more complicated. Reach out to our customer service for more help!
- are the lanterns you sell made in the USA?
- Do the Flameless candles have a flicker effect?
- The material shows that it is plastic along with metal and glass. What is plastic on the latern?We apologize for any confusion. The plastic is indicating the material of the candle. The correct term is resin which is a durable type of plastic. We use resin instead of wax for most of our outdoor products to avoid the possibility of the wax melting when they are in direct sunlight.
- Is the candle removable
- I'm interested in buying 5 sets, making a total of 10 lanterns, but they will be hanging and I need them to have a remote. Do you have a product like these with a remote? And if yes will one remote work with all as long as I'm in range?
