These candles are crafted in white translucent resin, with a warm amber-colored LED flame. When the candle flame is on, they glow a warmer ivory color.

Are your candles indoor/ outdoor?

We have both indoor and outdoor candles! Our outdoor candles are made of a sturdy, sun/rain resistant resin that won't melt. The signature candles are out of made from wax and should only be used inside and out of sun.

Is your 4 x 10 flameless candle compatible with the remote?

Yes, all Signature Series Candles are compatible with the Signature Series Remote!

Where are these made?

All of our products are designed and manufactured in Brooklyn, NY! Most of our products are made and China.

I bought a few sets. Are the remotes interchangeable between the sets?

One remote would work with all the candles.

Is the glow from this candle white yellow or orange?

The candle has a light temperature of 2200K. This is the most yellow light color we carry and edges toward an amber.

Is there a timer on these candles? Or is it either on or off.

The candle comes with a remote, you will have an option to set the candles on a timer function

Is there a remote control compatible with this light?

This candle comes with a remote.

Does the optional remote work for all the candles on Lights.com?

No unfortunately it does not. The remote only works for our Signature series candles. You may find these by searching Signature Candle or you may use the model numbers. For reference the model numbers are LC003971, LC003972, LC003973, LC003974, LC003975, LC003976.

I like that the C batteries last a long time. Much longer than AA batteries. I've had a set of Lites.com pillar candles for many years and have tried other brands but I'm coming back to Lites.com

I love the look of flameless candles, especially in the fall and winter. But it's been tougher to find real-looking and real-FEELING wax candles. One set I ordered looked good online but were a cheap plastic in-person. Yuck. When I found these candles on lights.com, I really hoped they would look as good in person. And they DO! You can use the remote to turn on a 4- or 8-hour timer, and you can choose between steady or flickering light. Highly recommend!

These are great candles that look very realistic. Only giving 4 stars because to turn off the flickering you need to buy a remote. The flickering doesn't seem realistic to me so that will stop me from buying more, unfortunately.

My order came very quickly and was exactly as described. The tealights will be perfect for my daughters wedding. I only had a small problem with my 4X8 Melted -Edge Wax Pillar. The glue holding the battery box did not hold and the battery box fell out as I opened the box. The candle worked fine so I just glued it back in.
