We purchased two of these for our master bedroom. They are well made and look stunning. The fabric cord is a wonderful quality detail, as are the matte controls. I have two minor issues: too much Styrofoam packaging!!! Poor environmental choice, and a pain to clean up. Also, the bulbs are a bit of a challenge to get to stay in the socket - ours have fallen out a couple of times. The bulbs and sockets seem delicate and I do not wish to damage them.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, most unused items can be returned for a full refund of the item's purchase price, up to 45 days after receiving.
