This is my second purchase of the Olivia Slim Pillar candles. I bought some to try them out for my floral design business. I brought 1 set home and put them on the 8hour timer setting. Not only do they look great but after more than a month they are still going strong, so GREAT battery life.

- Can the timer be set for these to turn on automatically?Yes. The remotes work in one of two ways.Turn the candles ON from the bottom, so the candles are lit. Using the remote, turn the candles OFF. Then press the 4 hours or 8 hours to activate the timer. The candles will turn on when you press the timer button and will automatically start the cycle. Turn the candles ON from the bottom. Using the remote control, press either the 4 or 8-hour timer button. Each candle will blink to show that they have received the signal. This starts the cycle.
- Is there a way to buy just 8 inch tall candles instead of the set?I'm afraid not this comes in a set. You can check some of our pillar candles in our list that might fit your needs.
- Can these candles be used outside? Thank you.Hello, these candles are made of wax and wax can melt in the sun. We don't recommend using this outside. For outdoor candles please click here.
