the candles I ordered were perfect and very good quality. I ordered as a guest and needed to track my order and Patty was a great help and responded quickly. It is not easy to find a company with great products and great customer service, but this company excelled at both.
FAQ
- Is there any chance these can be used outdoors?You can use these candles outdoors in dry, cool weather, but we do not recommend 1) Getting them wet, as the battery compartments are not waterproof, and 2) Because the bodies are made of real wax, they can get soft and warped if left in direct sun for too long. We do sell Outdoor Infinity Wick candles that are waterproof and made of a resin that will not melt or warp.
