Purchased one for my entryway newel post and loved it so much I just bought 3 more for the bannister. Lovely old world style. The battery pack comes with a little burlap bag to cover it which helps it be less obtrusive. The leaves sparkle in the sunlight, and the lights are delicate and dont overpower the foliage which isnt meant to be as dense as a faux fir. The timer is very handy.

- just received the light up wreath to read that it is intended only for indoor use. quite a surprise since it is described as indoor/outdoor online on product descriptions and as a FAQ answer. which is it, please?Hi there, sorry for the confusion about this. This wreath is not designed to get wet or be exposed to the elements, but it can be used on a front door that is covered or protected, like a front porch. We found that many customers wanted to use the wreath in this way, so we updated the product information, but I will correct it so that it is more clear. Please use your best judgment when hanging it on a front door - if you think it could get wet (blowing rain or snow) we recommend not placing it there. If the wreath does get wet, turn it off, and let it dry out completely before turning it on again. Hope this clears up any concerns!
- How many garlands are used in this mantle picture? Are they all the same? I want to achieve that exact look. Thank youHi there! The 3rd picture of the decorated mantel is from a customer, so I am not sure exactly how many were used, but it looks like 2-4 there. The first product photo with dark blue background shows the actual single garland thickness. Keep in mind, the garland is 4.5 feet long, so the length of your mantel may determine how many you want to use. Happy decorating!
