Is the tree pole connected for the lights?

The pole and tree come in 3 parts, you first assemble the pole, then add the tree. The lights are connected via wire through the tree branches. For more information, please see the manual in Product Specifications. Thanks!

Sorry, it doesn't come with a case or bag but that's a really good idea and I'll pass it along to our product development team. Most of our customers who bought the tree last year have reported using the product box to store the item because it's so compact. I hope that helps!

Does the tree come from China?

We ship items from warehouses all over the US but mostly from California and New Jersey. Items will not be shipped to you from China however all Lights.com products are made in factories overseas including in China.

If I want to add more lights would the light strand be connectable?

The light strand on this tree is pre-placed and comes with a timer but is not connectable to another strand.

Can you take the ornaments off?

The ornaments can be placed and removed however and whenever you like!

I used Christmas trees in the waiting room at work and was looking for something that didn't take a ton of time to put up. I wasn't as impressed as I had hoped, but it's still better than dealing with a bunch of real trees in my office.
