This tree is awesome! We were looking for a collapsible Christmas tree so we could easily pack it away when not in use. We were tired of the long and tedious task of setting up our old tree and this one popped up in a snap. It is a little short, not quite 6 but after some fluffing and adding our ornaments and decorations it is a fantastic addition to our living room during the holidays!

- Where and how do I get the lights on? Where do the lights connect?The Carroll Flocked pre-lit Christmas Tree is strung with warm white lights. The top half of the tree and bottom half care connected by a wire male and female end. An included transformer is connected at the very bottom of the tree and lead wire. If you're having trouble, reach out to CS@Lights.com for help!
- I ordered a 6 ft. Tree. Does it come with a stand?
- How much fluffing does it need?Like most Christmas trees, there is some fluffing you'll need to do. When the Carroll trees are stored away, they're almost flat! When it's time to pop them up and set them out, you'll want to open up the boughs by lifting the branches up and down from the center. Depending on how experienced or how exacting you are, this could take a few minutes or an hour. When we set it up in our Brooklyn office, it took about a half-hour to get it exactly how our Chief of Creative, Sheva. Sheva (our Chief of Creative) set it up in our Brooklyn office, and it took about a half-hour to move the branches to look exactly how she wanted.
- How does it store and how does it pop up?
- what size box does it come in? Is it pre-assembled or do branches have to be assembled?
