Lights.com is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Associate to run our Customer Service and Sales Department. The right candidate has sales experience in consumer goods, is a natural born people person, carries passion in our product line, and is responsible and timely.
This candidate will be responsible for overseeing and interacting with the customer experience at Lights.com, ensuring the highest levels of support and customer satisfaction. Beginning from the time they place an order to after the products have been installed, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring Lights.com lives up to all commitments and exceed our customers expectations. The team is small so candidate will be required to do a majority of the work in non peak seasons. Must be hands on, positive, and energetic.
