Inspired by turn of the century industrial lighting and Thomas Edison’s earliest electrical accomplishments, our Bushwick Light Bulb features a single straight-edged antique-finished glass and brass bulb with hand-woven tungsten filaments in a “squirrel cage” formation.
The Bushwick is one style among our Brooklyn Collection of vintage-inspired bulbs with various filament styles and glass shapes. These bulbs are intended to be shown with thoughtfully pared-down, exposed-socket fixtures, allowing the bulb to take center stage for a warm aesthetic that is both nostalgic and modern.

I like the warm amber glow of the filaments but I'm not sure about the actual light that they cast - it seems to wash out the colors of the surfaces below the bulbs. Subtle contrast between colors is muted out. Maybe that's how all Edison bulbs work, it's my first experience with them so I am not sure.

We recently ordered Bushwick Vintage Bulbs to serve as place "cards" for a wedding. This was our first time doing so and we called in to get more information about the bulbs. The customer service team was extremely helpful with making sure we ordered the right bulbs and even gave us ideas how to best execute them as place "cards".
