Hi, I'm looking for string lights to hang around my bedroom. I want to hang them on my window, but I am concerned about the lights laying on top of my curtains. Are these low heat? Are they safe to hang on my curtains?
They generate very little to no heat. I actually have some in my own bedroom. Use them in good health.
Are these lights capable of dimming if plugged into a controller for a synchronized display?
Sadly they do not.
are these lights waterproof. I would like to use around my pool .
weatherproof yes, waterproof no. meaning they cant be submerged in water though they certainly can get wet.
are these rope light 3/8 in width?
No these are an 1" in diameter.
Can I connect several strings together?
You can have 9 ropes connected in total
do you carry any extension for this model Model: LRLHVMC to interconnect more strings
This can be connected to more strings but they already come with everything necessary for that.
I am looking for a string of rope lights that have the chasing option to wrap around two old wagon wheels. Do you have those?
The link below should bring you right to everything you'll need.

Hi there, and thank you for pointing that out. You can find our plug-in transformer here:
Is it possible to use a rheostat between the wall socket and the power plug for the lights to control brightness
We are confirming with the manufacturer for a definite answer and will get back to you as soon as we hear back.
Do these plug into a wall outlet & is each extension 24.5 feet.
These Rope Lights plug into a wall outlet. Each one is 24.5 feet
Is it possible to use these lights with a battery pack or do they have to be plugged in to an electrical outlet? And if they can use a battery pack, which one do you recommend?
Unfortunately these are not compatible with a battery pack.
I am a Veteran who love to decorate my home. I am on a limited income and I am trying to fine some rope light for this coming Christmas. We have a store here that sales 48 feet for 25.99. The things is they are clear white and I am looking for muti- color. Could you let me know if your company is going to lower your prices? I bought some lights from a store here where they had 50% off there lights, but they didn't have any rope light. Please let me know if your rope lights are going to go down in price. Thank you. Charles
Unfortunately it does not look like they will.
